SPONTAINETY is your backup plan,
Plan your LIFE...
Great friends are our chosen family. And yet, many holidays are not spent with them.
I will keep this short, sweet and definitely savory.
Make it a point to celebrate and give thanks with your friends. The ones that have been there for you during the highs, lows and the mundanes of your life. Whether you are the host or the one making the reservation, a friends thanksgiving is the perfect casual gathering.
You want to be the host but your place is too small sure that is one excuse to talk yourself out of it but I lived in Manhattan in studio apartments and crammed people in. People didn’t care. It is the company, good food and maybe the wine & liquor. 🍷🍸 🤣.
IMO, your calendar window is short so plan ahead because once the official turkey day passes, people fall into the December holiday vibe pretty quickly. We have hosted a few and I feel the Saturday or Sunday after thanksgiving is the perfect time for a friendsgiving.
Pasta anyone?
Missed out on planning a Friendsgiving, how about a New Years Day brunch with friends. Excellent alternative celebration!
